Training

Training Alaskan dogs is challenging especially if your training and older dog. To start off with, do training session once the dog is well hydrated and has had something to eat. Use positive reinforcement so they will understand they are doing good. It's best to give them treats as the award. Keep all training sessions short or else they will lose intrest. Always be consistant with your commands, don't change how you say the command.

Grooming

The easiest way to wash them is have them in a large container. Mix shampoo and water, apply to dog's fur starting in the back and moving forwards. Gently scrub into the fur, rinse with warm water, and apply conditioner if desired. Dry with blow dryer, once dry brush fur with comb or brush.

Nutrition

The best dog food is raw food. The diet should also include high protein, vitamins, minerals, and fibers form berries and vegetables. Don't give them kibble since it puts the dogs digestive track under a lot of pressure.
